摘  要:采用图像分析仪对云锡矿粉、烟尘诱发性肺腺癌过程中正常支气管粘膜上皮、增生支气管粘膜上皮、癌前病变和肺腺癌(组序1~4)的细胞进行形态计量及DNA含量测定。由16项几何学参数经逐步判别分析选出7项参数,回代判别分类准确率达95%。DNA含量测定1和2组均不出现大于5倍体细胞,大于5倍体细胞在3组为4.O%,4组为10.8%,且3组、4组间差异存在显著性(P<0.01)。his article reported the image analysis of normalepithelia of bronchi (groupl i, hyperplasia epithelia(group 2) . atypical hyperplasia epithelia (group 3)and adenocarcinoma (group 4) of the lung in the hamsters induced by tin mine dust and chimney dust inYunnan Tin Min CO. 16 parameters were observedand compared. Each value was tested by stepwise discriminational classification and an accuracy rate of95% was reached. DNA ploidy was investigated. andno case of >5C cell was found in normal and hyperplasia group. Severe atypia had a lower percentage,(4. 00%) and lung adenocarcinoma was characterizedby a high percentage of >5C cell (10. 75 % ) , A signif-icant difference was shown between the pereentage of>5C cell of severe atypia and that of adenocarcinoma.Significantly different (P< 0. 01) .
