间置空肠人工贲门在抗返流性食管炎上的应用

摘　　要：我们自1991年11月起,在对食管下贲门癌根治术的同时,行间置空肠人工贲门成形术,通过术后5例病人的临床观察,上消化道钡餐电视录像、纤维胃镜检查及pH检测对比,并进行分析讨论,证实了间置空肠人工贲门在抗返流性食管炎上的有效的单向性屏障作用.Since November 1991 ,the defect after radical resection of cardiac carcinoma was bridged by a pedicled free segment of jejunum with valve formation in order to preclude from occurrence of reflux esophagitis. Postoperatively all the five patients were examined by barium meal,and gastrofiberscopy and pH value was tested. The results showed that a good passage and dam function of the newly cardia-mimic valved jejunum could be achieved and the pH values of the juice above and below the new cardia-mimic interpose bowel were different. This means that the new cardia-mimic valve is effective in terms of prevention of relux esophagitis.
