摘　　要：《最高人民法院关于民事诉讼证据的若干规定》强化了当事人举证责任,弱化和规范了人民法院调查收集证据的职能,体现了民事诉讼制度中的当事人主义;其设立举证时限和证据交换的规定则深化了民事审判制度改革,并促进了民事审判的公正与效率;以其证据能力与证据的证明力为核心,建立了较完备的证据证明规则。Articles about Civil Suit Proof Constituted by the Supreme Court of the People's Republic of China strengthens the litigants' burden of proof, lightens and normalizes the court's function of investigating proofs, embodies adversary system in civil suit system. The principles about the time limit of proof citation and proof exchange deepens the reform on civil trail system, pushes the justice and efficiency of civil trail system. The Articles sets up perfect proof rule around burden of proof.
