摘　　要：体育教学具有较强的实践性,其教学任务主要是在教师的组织安排下通过学生的练习来完成。如何在教学中充分合理运用各种练习方法,把枯燥的内容安排得丰富多彩,充分调动学生的积极性,更好地完成教学任务,达到较好的教学效果,是体育教学中的一个重要课题。Teaching of physical education is practical and its main task is completed under the guidance of a teacher with the participation of students. It is critical for the teacher to apply various methods to make active participation of students so as to finish teaching tasks and obtain better teaching effects.
