摘　　要：发展论的兴起既是哲学内在逻辑发展的新生长点又是时代发展的必然产物。可持续发展观是一种新型发展观,但泛泛地谈论可持续发展容易引起理论和实践上的误区。可持续发展的实质是人的可持续发展,应坚持人的可持续发展原则,树立人的可持续发展理念。Develop rise of theory philosophy inherent logic new student of development long inevitable result , era of development a bit. The sustainable development view is that one kind develops the view new-type, but it is apt to cause the mistaken idea on the theory and practice to talk about sustainable development casually. The essence of sustainable development is the people’s sustainable development, should adhere to people’s sustainable development principle , establish people’s sustainable idea of development.
