摘　　要：长江三角洲地区是我国经济最发达的地区之一,区域经济一体化的帷幕已经拉开,区域经济合作已进入了一个新的发展阶段。随着区域经济活动的日益频繁,人口与计划生育管理面临着一系列新的严峻挑战。在此背景下,如何适应长江三角洲区域经济的一体化的新形势,主动融入长江三角洲区域经济共同体,积极构建区域人口与计划生育管理新机制,已成为长江三角洲所属城市政府和计划生育部门面临的重要课题。“Changjiang Triangle' is a one of the most developed areas in China, regional cooperation has come into a new stage. As the regional economic activitities of economic integration become more and more frequent, the management of family plan is facing a series of new challenges. Under this background, The questions of how to adapt to this new situation, how to join to triangle regional economy community proactively and how to adapt to the new system of family plan in the triangle have become the new challenge for the government in the Chang-Jiang tiangle region.
