摘　　要：该文设计一种新型连续性空肠间置代胃术式。方法简便、省时,效果较好。经10例临床使用验证,其手术并发症及远期后遗症(贫血、营养障碍、倾倒综合征、返流性食管炎)明显减少。There are various patterns of reconstruction for alimentary tract after total gastrectomy. The mostly used fashion is interposition with jejunum. Until recently there is no one which yields ideal and widely acceptable result. We've designed a new type of operation called interposition of jejunum in continuity for the reconstruction of stomach. This operative procedure is time sparing and simple to perform. Our 10 cases yielded satisfactory result with no complication nor untoward sequelae such as anemia, nutritional disturbance, dumping syndrome of reflux esophagitis.
