摘　　要：通过金相检验和扫描电镜等检测手段对失效齿轮进行了分析。结果表明:失效齿轮的设计、加工与装配方面存在问题,齿轮啮合面积偏小,并且存在较严重的偏载,导致失效齿轮的小端局部受力过大,这是造成轮齿断裂的主要原因;同时,失效齿轮材料的脆性加速了轮齿的断裂。In this paper,the failure reason on the teeth break of bench test gear was analyzed by metallographic examination and SEM technology.It was found that the design,manufacturing and assembling of the failure gear existed problems,small mesh area between the drive and driven gears and deviation load of the gear caused too great forces action on the local position of the failure gear toe. It was the main reason to cause the teeth break of the gear,meanwhile,the break was accelerated because of the lacking toughness of the gear material.
