摘　　要：本文论述了内部控制环境是其他控制要素的基础,分析了我国企业内部控制环境亟待解决的主要问题,探讨了完善企业内部控制环境的途径。The paper discusses the internal control environment for the foundation of any other control factor, and analyses the main problems existing in the Chinese enterprises which will be urgent to be solved. Meanwhile the author makes a study of how to perfect a way of the internal control environment of Chinese enterprises.
