摘　　要：报告7例有预后不良因素的恶性淋巴瘤患者,经大剂量马法兰或加足叶乙甙和全身放疗预处理行自体骨髓移植的治疗结果.采髓后54小时内回输非净化非冷冻的自体骨髓.上述方案对骨髓产生毁灭性作用,但全部患者获造血重建,取得了满意的近期疗效.无相关死亡.Seven patients with refractory or poor-prognostic malignant lym-phomas (4HD and 3 NHL) received unpurged autologous bone marrow transplana-tion (ABMT). Preceded by conditioning regimen of high-dose melphalan 140mg /m-2+VP-16 200mg a bolus of 8 Gy total body irradiation(TBT) was given. The preserved bone marrow was infused within 54 hours after collection. Despite the destructive effect on bone marrow in the body all patients tolerated well and the hematologic reconstitution restored rapidly. There was no fatality related to the treatment.It is concluded that ABMT preceded by intensive treatment had excellent therapeutic result in patients with high-grade NHL as well as those with chemotherapy refractory malignant lymphomas.
