血清的超弱发光对胃肿瘤术前术后监测的临床意义

摘　　要：利用超微弱发光探测技术,采用BPCL-2型微弱发光测量仪,通过对正常人76例及97例骨肿瘤病人在手术前后血清超微弱发光的测量,研究在临床治疗过程中骨肿瘤病人血清发光的变化.结果表明,从整体上看,肿瘤病人的血清发光强度较健康人为高且分散性大;在治疗过程中,病人的血清发光强度呈规律性变化,并和治疗效果有明显的相关性;从发射光谱的角度来看,手术前后病人的特征光谱峰有明显的差异.可以预计,血清的超微弱发光在临床上有很大的应用前景.With Model BPCL-2 ultraweak luminescence equipment, 76 normal people and 97 osteoma patients were studied as to the serum ultraweak luminescence in pre- & post-operative period to investigate the variance of serum luminescence in the osteoma patient during the treatment. The results showed that ,in general, the serum luminescence from patients displayed regular changes in treatment and obviously was related with the treatment results. From the view point of emission spectrum, there was distinct difference in characteristic spectrum emitted from patients before and after operation. It can be postulated that serum ultraweak luminescence may have promising applicability in clinial treatment.
