摘　　要：本文报告了５５例胆囊息肉样病变的Ｂ超诊断与病理对照分析。提出胆囊息肉样病变的声像图特征。分析Ｂ型超声检查对本类疾病的误诊和漏诊原因。讨论了声像图对早期胆囊癌的诊断价值。B-mode ultrasound diagnosis of 55 cases of cholecystic polypoid lesions was compared with their pathological findings. The ultrasonographic characteristics of the disease were described: The factors causing mis-diagnosis or maldiagnosis of the disease were analysed. The value of ultrasonography in early diagnosing cholecystic carcimoma was discussed.
