低压灌注设备配比调节方法的改进研究

摘　　要：在分析德国E.Tartler公司生产的MDM-5型低压灌注设备现有齿形皮带机构配比调节方法存有弊端的基础上,提出了应用变频调速方法进行配比调节的方案。该方案不但可以弥补齿形皮带机构调节配比的不足,而且还具有操作过程简单,能实现平滑的无级调速,控制精度较高及系统体积小、质量轻、节约电能、便于维护等优点;给出了控制系统框图,并指出变频器的选用要点。A method of frequency control for proportion adjusting is put forward by analyzing the adjusting method of dentiform belt feeder in MDM-5 low-pressure bollter made by E.Tartler GmbH, Germany. This method not only can make up the defects appearing in the conventional one, but also has the advantages such as simplicity of operation, smooth speed variation, high control accuracy and the system being small, light, energy saving and convenient for maintenance. A figure of new control system is brought forth and the key selection essentials are pointed out.
