摘　　要：以马铃薯栽培品种春薯4号试管苗叶片为材料进行植株再生诱导试验。结果表明,诱导叶片愈伤组织成苗的较佳培养基为MS+NAA0 .1m g/ L+BA2 .0 m g/ L+GA310 mg/ L+L H5 0 0 m g/ L。强光、低温有利于提高芽诱导率。By using the leaf discs of potato variety Chunshu N.4 as explants, the technology of plant regeneration was studied. The results showed that the medium of MS supplemented with NAA 0.1mg/L + BA 2.0 mg/L + GA 3 10 mg/L + LH 500mg/L was good to promote the plantlet generation frequency from leaf collus. The condition of strong illumination and low temperature was propitious to increase the rate of regeneration.
