P21^（ras）在胃癌前病变和胃癌细胞表达的定量研究

摘　　要：应用流式细胞术和细胞免疫荧光染色技术，对胃癌前病变和胃癌细胞Ｐ２１￣（ｒａｓ）的表达量进行了定量研究，并分析了Ｐ２１￣（ｒａｓ）的表达量与ＤＮＡ倍体和细胞增殖指数的关系。结果表明：胃癌细胞Ｐ２１￣（ｒａｓ）表达量（荧光指数ＦＩ）明显高于胃癌前病变的表达量，并发现Ｐ２１￣（ｒａｓ）表达的荧光指数随组织学分级增高而升高，ＤＮＡ倍体与Ｐ２１￣（ｒａｓ）表达量有密切关系。he oncogene P21￣(ras) expression in premalignant lesions and carcinomas of the stomach was quantitatively studied by flow cytometry and immunofluorescence methods and the relation of P21￣(ras) to DNA ploidy and cellular proliferation was analysed.The results showed that P21￣(ras) expression was high- er in carcinomas than premalignant lesions of the stomach.The fluorescence index in P21￣(ras) expression increased with the rise in histological grade. DNA ploidy correlated with the amount of P21￣(ras) expression.
