摘　　要：企业集团资本运营具有以资本导向为中心,资本增值速度快,以价值形态管理为核心,可分散风险等特点。资本运营的内容包括实业资本运营、产权资本运营、金融资本运营和无形资本运营。在资本运营中要坚持资本结构优化原则、规模适度原则和规避风险等原则。The capital operating of enterprise group has following characte ristics:It takes capital guidance as hub, and the managing of value form as core , capital increase in value. It consists of operating of industry and commerce c apital,property right, financial capital and invisible capital. In the course of capital operating, we should adhere to the principle of optimizing capital stru cture, appropriate scales, and avoiding risk.
