中西医结合分级治疗老年高血压病临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察老年高血压病中西医结合分级治疗的价值。方法:选择高血压1～3级患者共180例,各级采用中西医结合治疗组与西药对照治疗组各30例,比较其临床疗效。结果:高血压1级两组疗效相近;高血压2级及3级中西医结合组疗效均优于西药对照组。结论:中西医结合分级治疗老年高血压能有效降低血压,明显改善症状,减少并发症的发生,作用持久。Objective: To explore the importance of integrated traditional and west ern medical treatment on senile hypertension according to classification. Methods: 60 cases in each grade of hypertensionwere chosen, 30 cases being treated by integrated traditional and western medicine(ITWM group), while30 cases by western medicine(WM control group). The clinical curative effects in both groups were observed.Results: To grade 1 hypertension, the curative effects in both groups were near. To grade 2 or3 hypertension, the curative effect in the ITWM group was better than that in the WM group.Conelusion:The integrated traditional and western medical treatment on senile hypertension according to classification can effectively and permanently decrease the blood pressure, improve the clinical syndrome and reduce the combined syndrome.
