摘 要:对1987~1992年从苏州地区分离的591株伤寒沙门氏菌的耐药监测发现,1987~1988年耐药菌株流行后的4年间,伤寒杆菌对大多数抗生素恢复了敏感性。对耐药菌株进行的质粒检测、结合转移、转化及消除试验证明:伤寒杆菌的多重耐药性系一分子量为98.6Mdal的质粒所介导。对伤寒杆菌耐药性的持续监测,研究阐明其演变及消长规律,为耐药伤寒防治及最终建立对R质粒传递的消除和阻断方法有重要意义。9l strains of Salmonella typhi isolated in Suzhou area during l987~1992 werestudied .The strains isolated in l987 and l988 were multiresistant to 8 tol0 antibiotics,but there after most of the strains restored gradully their durg sensitivity resistant andbecame to only l to 2 antibiotics,especially to Stretomycin. Plasmid electrophoresis,conjugation,transformatoin and elimination study showed that the multiresistant S.typhi was mediated by a large plasmid of 98.6Mdal,(although the resistant types ofstrains were different,from 2 to l0.Surveillance of the antibiotic resistance and Rplasmid of bacteria will be helpful to explore the ways of control the spread of Rplasmid and antibiotic resistant strains.
