摘　　要：针对冷轧丝杠轧辊结构特点,采用成形阴极法对其进行脉冲电化学光整加工,重点研究了工艺组成、阴极设计和控制系统。数控系统采用国产6020运动控制器为主体来实现,给出了系统的硬件组成和软件实现原理。在优化的工艺条件下,对轧辊进行了脉冲电化学光整实验。According to the structure characteristic of cool-rol ling roller, the pulse electrochemical finishing (PECF) with a shaped cathode is applied to f inish the surface of roller in this paper. Such contents as the composition of t he craft system, cathode design and control system are mainly introduced. Based on the motion controller marked as 6020, the NC system has been developed as wel l as its hardware and software architecture. In the end, the advantages of PECF has been analyzed through comparing with other kinds of finishing processes.
