鼻咽癌患者血清与鼻咽组织γ－谷氨酰转肽酶的检测

摘　　要：用γ－谷氨酰对硝基苯胺法测定了１０６例鼻咽癌（ＮＰＣ）和６５例鼻咽炎患者血清及鼻咽组织γ－谷氨酰转肽酶（γ－ＧＴ）活件。并对其中初诊为ＮＰＣ患者进行放疗前（３４例）后（１５例）血清及鼻咽组织γ－ＧＴ活性测定。结果显示：ＮＰＣ与鼻咽炎、ＮＰＣ放疗前后血清及鼻咽组织γ－ＧＴ活性差异都有极显著性。提示可将γ－ＧＴ活性测定作为ＮＰＣ辅助诊断及评价疗效的参考指标。The γ-GT activity in the serum and pharynx tissue of both NPC patients(106)and pharyngitis patients(65)were detected with tnethod of hydrolysis γ-glutamlnitrophenylamine.The 34NPC patient’s γ-GT were assayed both before and after radiotherapy.The results indicated that the γ-GT activities between the NPC patients and pharyngitis patients,and the activities before and after radiotherapy have significant differences. The investigation suggests that the determination of serum and pharynx tissue γ-GT levls of NPC pateints would help to diagnose and evaluate the cura-tive effect for NPC.
