摘　　要：当GIS系统从传统的单机、局域网系统过渡到WebGIS系统时,WebGIS平台的价格成为制约其发展的一个重要因素。本文介绍了一种基于MapX的WebGIS系统的实现,描述了该系统的组成和其中的一些实现细节。通过本系统,用户可以在Internet/Intranet上发布基于电子地图的应用系统,方便地对地图进行放大、缩小、漫游、查询、统计等操作,并在其基础上定制出多样的电子地图应用软件。该系统具有价格低廉、使用面广等特点,为中小型企业提供了一种新的WebGIS解决方案。When GIS system changes from local network platform to Web,the price of Web GIS platform has become one of the important factors that limit the development of Web GIS system.In this paper, it introduces an implementation of Web GIS system based on MapX:WebMapX, and some details about WebMapX's framework is given. Using this system,developers can develop customed digital-map-based application that supports Internet/Intranet access.And the customed system will support terminal users to pan and zoom the map, add point, line or region features, select or label features of any type, and add text or symbol annotations to the map. This system has many better features such as low price and wide applied field,and provides a new kind of Web GIS solutions for the medium and small companys .
