螺旋CT在壶腹部癌中的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨壶腹部癌的螺旋CT诊断价值。方法收集本院1994～2004年间的经手术病理证实,CT资料完整的24例壶腹癌进行回顾性分析。结果十二指肠降部腔内软组织肿块、胆总管腔“截断征”及肝内胆管中高度扩张,胆总管扩张,胆囊增大,“双管征”是壶腹癌的直接和间接征象。本组诊断准确率83.3%。结论螺旋CT诊断壶腹部癌是有效准确的检查方法。Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of spiral CT in pancreas ampulla carcinoma. Methods The materials of 24 cases of such patient obtained diagnosis by pathology were analyzed retrospectively from 1994 to 2004. Results The dilation of common bile duct and obstruction of Intrahepatic bile duct with mass of descending part of duodenum and enlargement of bladder were signs of ampulla carcinoma directly and indirectly with diagnostic rate of 83.3%. Conclusion The spiral CT might be the effective and accuracy diagnostic method for ampulla carcinoma.
