摘　　要：科技投入社会化是国家创新体系和国家创新能力建设的有效制度安排。而企业是科技投入社会化制度建设的最重要行为主体。因此,研究企业科技投入社会化行为具有重要的意义。本文以大中型工业企业为案例实证研究了我国科技投入社会化的企业行为。The socializaing in science and technology investment is an effective institutional arrangement for the building of nation innovational system and local innovational system.The enterprises are the most important main bodies of the building of institutional arrangement for socializing in science and technology investment.So,it is very important to study the business behaviour of socializing in science and technology investment.This paper,takeing large and medium-sized enterprises as examples studies the business behaviour of socializing in science and technology investment in China
