胃淋巴造影的实验研究和临床应用初步观察

摘　　要：笔者以４ｏ％碘化油及自制碘化油乳剂作造影剂，对１６只狗分别经剖腹及内镜行胃间接淋巴造影的实验研究，可见胃周淋巴结显影清晰。在此基础上对９例胃癌病人行胃间接淋巴造影的临床观察，均可见有显影淋巴结，淋巴结边缘充盈缺损者病理证实有癌转移。间接淋巴造影在诊断消化道肿瘤淋巴结受累方面，有广泛的使用前景。iodized oil and its emulsion were used as contrast media for experimental study on indirect gastric lymphography in 16 dogs after opening the abdomen or via endoscopy.The perigastric lymph nodes could be seen on X-ray film clearly.On the basis of this experiment,clinical application was carried out in 9 patients with gastric cancer The lymph nodes were visulized in every patient and those showing filling defect were proved to be metastases by pathologic examination.Indirect lymphography seems to be very promising in the diagnosis of lymphatic involvement in tumors of GI tract.
