摘　　要：惩治司法腐败、走向司法清廉,需要建立一套高于社会一般道德又切实可行的司法人员职业伦理规范,确立并执行一套良好的机制。提高司法队伍整体水平和培育当代合格的司法人员,增强他们的伦理信念,提高司法实践水平,有利于整个社会道德水平的提高和司法人员道德人格的自我完善,实现司法公正。In order to punish the judicial corruption and realize judicial honest, a set of occupational moral principles superior to the general social moral principles must be established for the judicature, and a good mechanism must also be founded and executed. To improve the whole level of all the judicature, enhance their ethical faiths, and increase judicial practice level will be helpful to heighten the social moral level, improve the judicature moral quality, and bring about the judicial justice.
