纵隔生殖细胞肿瘤的CT特征

摘　　要：笔者分析研究了１１例经手术病理证实的纵隔生殖细胞肿瘤的ＣＴ特征。７例良性肿块中，６例囊性（其中５例为厚壁囊性），１例混合性；肿块内出现脂肪４例，脂肪／液体平面１例，钙化４例。４例恶性肿块中，３例实质性，１例混合性；钙化１例，未见脂肪。笔者认为：ＣＴ能肯定良性肿块（畸胎瘤）的诊断，对恶性生殖细胞肿瘤和其他常见病变如恶性胸腺瘤、淋巴瘤的鉴别，则有一定限度。CT features in eleven patients with germ cell tumors of mediastinum confirmed by op-eration and pathology were analyzed.Of the seven benign niasses,one was mixed,six were predomi-nantly cystic,five of them had thick wall.Fat was found in four of the seven lesions,fat/fluid level in one and calcification in four.Of the four malignant masses,three were predominantly solid and one was mixed.Calcification was found in one case,while in none was fat present.The authors believed that CT could make definite diagnosis for benign lesions(teratoma),but had limited value in differentiation be-tween malignant germ cell tumors and malignant thymoma,lymphoma.
