摘 要:使用SEM分析方法研究了生胶共混比、炭黑种类及其用量等因素对IIR/EPDM共混硫化胶拉伸断裂行为的影响。结果表明:当IIR/EPDM共混比为80/20 时,所得硫化胶的拉伸强度较好,断面具有非常强的立体感;用结构性较高的炭黑和沉淀法白炭黑分别补强的硫化胶断面均较为粗糙;用结构性较低的炭黑补强的硫化胶断面接近“镜面”;当炭黑用量由40份增加到90 份时,IIR/EPDM硫化胶的断裂依次表现为屈服断裂、块状剥离、裂纹扩展3种形式。Effect of the blending ratioes of IIR/EPDM blend and the kinds and amounts of carbon black on the tensile fracture properties of IIR/EPDM vulcanizates were studied by using scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results showed that the tensile fracture of the vulcanizates were better and the fracture section were very rough when the ratio was 80/20; The fracture section of the vulcanizates reinforced with high structure carbon black and that reinforced with precipitated silica were both more rough; The section reiforced with low structure carbon black was “mirror”;The SEM showed that the fracture modes were yield breakage, block -peel off and crack propagation ordinary when the amount of carbon black was added from 40 phr to 90 phr.
