摘　　要：笔者报告了３例罕见的原发性骨腺泡状肉瘤（ＡＢＳ），均经病理证实。ＡＢＳ的临床症状较其他恶性骨肿瘤为轻。主要Ｘ线表现为溶骨性、膨胀性骨破坏；一般无骨膜反应，但可有软组织肿块。笔者复习了有关文献，并探讨了ＡＢＳ的组织来源、诊断与鉴别诊断问题。The authors reported 3 cases of primary alveolar bone sarcoma(ABS),all proved by pathology. The clinical symptoms of ABS were not as serious as those of other mailignant bone tumors. The chief X-ray features were osteolytic and expansive bony destruction. Periosteal reaction was usually absent but soft tissue swelling commonly occurred.The related literatures were reviewed;and the cellu-lar origin,diagnosis and differential diagnosis discussed.
