高色价高纯度栀子黄色素的提取与精制

摘　　要：研究了栀子黄色素的浸提工艺;以10倍水溶液为浸提剂,浸提时间24h,浸提温度30℃,提取级数2级。粗提液经减压干燥后得棕黄色粉末,色价为41;精制工艺;第1次过柱以PDH—100型大孔吸附树脂为分离柱,有效柱高25cm,柱径1.6cm,上样量400mL,以25%乙醇为洗脱剂洗脱杂质组分,洗脱流速5.0mL/min,然后用无水乙醇洗脱下来,烘干得色价285,A238/A440=0.71;第2次过柱以801型大孔吸附树脂为分离柱,有效柱高25cm,柱径1.6cm,加样量350ml,以20%无水乙醇为洗脱剂洗脱杂质组分,洗脱流速4.5mL/min,然后用无水乙醇洗脱下来,烘干得色价396,A238/A440=0.31,收集液色价回收率72%。In this paper we studied the distill technics; distill solvent is 10 times water, time is 24h, distill temperature is 30 ℃, distill series is 2. Original distill production is brown yellow power, color number is 41; refine technics; firstly pass PDH-100 type macroporous adsorption resin partitioning column,virtual column 25 cm high,column diameter 1.6cm,sample quantity 400ml. Clean up impurity by 25% ethanol and velocity of flow 5.0mL/min. And then clean it up by absolute alcohol. After drying the color number is 285,A238/A440=0.71. The second, pass 801 type macroporous adsorption resin partitioning column,virtual column 25cm high,column diameter 1.6cm,adding sample 350ml. Clean impurity up by 20% ethanol in 4.5mL/min. And then clean it up by absolute alcohol. After drying,we can get our product, the color number is 396, A238/A440=0.31, color number callback ratio is 72%.
