摘　　要：都市圈是城市化发展的必然结果。中原都市圈的范围是以郑州到平顶山间的直线距离约130km为半径的区域,其发展策略为:加快中心城市的建设;强化“井”字形轴线地区的发展;政府的规划引导与市场化的运作相结合;建立专门的行政组织,以强化区域协调管理。City circle is an inevitable result of urbanization.Zhongyuan City Circle refers to the region from Zhengzhou to Pingdingshan with a bee- line radial distance of 130km.The strategic develop- ment policy for the circle is as follows: speeding up the construction of central cities,intensifying efforts in development of axis areas of“井”shape,com- bining government guiding in planning with market operation,establishing special administrative orga- nizations to enhance regional coordination and management.
