83名体质量超标及肥胖儿童健康生活方式KAP现况调查

摘　　要：目的了解体质量超标及肥胖儿童中存在的主要健康问题,以便有针对性地进行干预。方法根据体检结果以同时满足我国学生体质调研资料制订的身高标准体质量和BMI指数≥24为超重,≥26为肥胖两项作为判定标准,共确定体质量超标及肥胖儿童83人。采用问卷法进行KAP现况调查。结果体质量超标及肥胖儿童中男生占79%;女生占21%,男性超重及肥胖儿童明显多于女性(P<0.05)。81名儿童在“健康的愿望与需求”部分得分最高,其次是“营养与健康”“运动与健康”,“生活方式与健康”部分得分最低。四个内容的标准化均分之间差异均存在显著意义(P<0.05)。“营养与健康”知识部分及格率较“生活方式与健康”部分高(P<0.05);“营养与健康”和“运动与健康”的正向态度率均较“生活方式与健康”部分高,P值均小于0.05。76.5%的被试愿意为了健康改变不良饮食习惯,认为开展健康教育对自己的健康很重要。结论无论是健康知识、信念、行为,超重及肥胖儿童都存在一定的问题,但他们有改善自己健康的愿望。如何针对这些问题进行有效干预是摆在我们面前的任务。Objective To study the main healthy problems in the overweight and obesity children in order to carry on interventions. Methods On the basis of the results of the physical examination (BMI≥24, overweight; BMI≥26, obesity), there were 83 overweight and obesity children in total. A cross sectional study with the KAP questionnaire was carried out. Results There were 79% boys and 21 % girls in the overweight and obesity children. The number of the male was more than that of the female significantly,P<0.05. The children got the highest score in the part of 'wishes and needs of the health', the next in the part of 'nutrition and health'and 'sport and health',and the lowest in the part of ' life style and health . There were significant differences in the standardization scores of the four contents, P<0.05. Compared with 'the life style and health', the pass rate of knowledge in the parts of 'nutrition and health'was higher, P<0.05. The toward attitude rates in 'nutrition and health' and 'sport and health' were both higher than that in 'life style and health', P<0. 05. A total of 76. 5% children would like to change the bad diet habits for the health, and thought health education was very important. Conclusions There exist some problems of health knowledge, attitude or behavior in the overweight and obesity children. At the same time, they have the wishes to improve their health. How to carry on the valid intervention is the mission at present.
