摘　　要：目的针对外生殖器部住损害患者产生的心理问题,进行临床相关研究。方法收集2000年至2004年外生殖器部位损害门诊病人292例,采取临床会谈、填写(我科自行设计)调查问卷。以及SCL-90量表进行心理测试。结果70%以上病人存在不等程度的心理问题。结论生殖器部位损害极易影响病人的心理健康.治疗时应结合心理调整,以提高治愈率及治疗质量。Objective To study the mental health problems in the patients with outside genitals part injures. Methods A total of 292 patients with outside genitals part injures from 2000 to 2004 were included in this study. The clinical conversation, questionnaire (designed by author) and SCL- 90s were performed. Results More than 70% of patients existed mental problems in deferent degrees. Conclusion The genital part injures can affect the mental health easily, and so the injure treatment should be combined with mental adjustment.
