数字减影血管造影在肢体恶性肿瘤诊断治疗中的作用

摘　　要：自１９８６年４月～１９９２年４月开展数字减影血管造影（ＤｓＡ）介入肢体恶性肿瘤诊断、治疗２２例。本文介绍了ＤＳＡ方法、图像特点、介入治疗以及并发症，重点介绍了ＤＳＡ为术前估计提供依据；为双途径化疗提供了通道；为疗效观察提供指标等治疗作用。AbstractFrom 1986 through 1992,theauthors hadused digital subtraction angiography(DSA ) forthe diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumorsof the extremities。 The group consisted of 12males and 10 females with the age ranged from 11～60 years. There were 14 cases of osteosarco-mas,3 fibrosarcomas,2 chondrosarcomas,2rhabdomvosarcomas,and 1 mesenchymoma, Thediagriosis was all confirmed with pathological ex-amination. DSA was done according to Seldinger'smethod.The image appearance of DsA was classi-fied into arterial, capillary and venous phases。Vascular dilatation,palisade arrangements,devia-tion of the arterial branches,venous cisterne wereseen in these phase. They were of valuable refer-ence for the treatment planning.11 cases had am-putation, 11 cases had limb salvage,among them。7had extensive resection,2 had segmental resection and 2 had open wound radiotherapy;DSAprovided the possibility of two-route chemothera-py。 The complications coY1sisted of hematoma in 5cases,thrombosis in l case and infection in 1 Cases。
