联用帕罗西汀治疗精神分裂症阴性症状研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨抗精神病药联用帕罗西汀治疗精神分裂症阴性症状的疗效。方法:以阴性症状为主的住院慢性精神分裂症33例,在原用抗精神病药基础上,联用帕罗西汀,疗程12周。使用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)和副反应量表(TESS)评定,在治疗前和治疗4、8、12周末各评定1次。结果:联用帕罗西汀12周后,PANSS总分、阴性症状因子分及情感迟钝、情感退缩、情感交流障碍、被动/淡漠及社交退缩因子分均比治疗前显著降低。结论:以阴性症状为主的慢性精神分裂症,在使用抗精神病药物的同时联用帕罗西汀,对改善阴性症状有明显作用。Objective:To explore the effect of antipsychotics combined with paroxetine in the treatment of negative symptoms of chronic schizophrenia.Method:Thirty-three chronic schizophrenic inpatients with negative symptoms were studied.positive and negative symptom scale (PANSS) and treatment emergent sympton scale (TESS) were used to assess the efficacy and side effects before and after treatments.Results:After 12 weeks of treatments,the total scores of PANSS and scores of all the factors,including negative factor,emotional blunting,emotional withdrawal,emotional exchange disorder,passive/apathy, and social withdrawal factor were significantly decreased.Conclusion:It is illustrated that antipsychotics combined with paroxetine should significantly improve the negative symptoms of chronic schizophrenia.
