摘 要:[目的]探讨微波组织凝固肝癌的免疫效应。[方法]采用昆明小鼠一侧腋窝下接种Hepa瘤细胞建立小鼠肝癌模型,将30只荷瘤小鼠随机分2组:微波组织凝固组和对照组,微波组织凝固后第3、7、14d,应用免疫组织化学和图像分析技术定量观察癌旁组织的CD4+和CD8+细胞浸润密度。[结果]微波组织凝固后第3、7、14d后,微波组织凝固组癌旁组织内CD4+和CD8+细胞数量明显高于对照组。[结论]微波组织凝固小鼠移植性肝癌可促进固化灶周围组织的细胞免疫反应。Purpose] To explore the immune response of microwave tissue coagulation(MTC) therapy for hepatocellular carcinoma.[Methods]The tumor model of mice was established by hypodermic inoculation of Hepa hepatic carcinoma cells. Thirty tumor-bearing mice were randomized into two groups: MTC group and control group. The CD4+ and CD8+ cell infiltrating density of the tumor circumference were analyzed by immunohistochemistry and image analysis techniques after MTC. [Result] The quantities of CD4+ and CD8+ cells in MTC group were much higher than that in control group on the 3rd, 7th and 14th days after MTC. [Conclusion] The immune response of tumor surrounding tissue enhanced after MTC for transplanted liver carcinoma of mice.
