摘  要:通过2003年和2004年对木纳格葡萄果穗用赤霉素诱导无核试验结果表明:60mg/L赤霉素处理显著的降低了果实籽数,提高了座果率和无核率;未经赤霉素处理的果穗去雄,然后授粉经过赤霉素处理的果穗的花粉,此果穗在花期全部落粒;而用未经任何处理的果穗的花粉给经过赤霉素处理的果穗雌蕊授粉,所结果实籽数增加,无核率较对照减少;用赤霉素处理后去雄的果穗所结果实种子极少,座果率低。The study on seedless test with Gibberellin treating the pollens and seeds of the Munage grape was conducted in 2003 and 2004. The results showed theat the 60 mg/L Gibberellin trenting has decreased seed number obviously;and increased fruit set percentage and seedless percentage. The stamen not being treated by Gibberellin was removed. Then the fruit spike treated by Gibberellin was pollinated. The fruit spike dropped completely of flowering period. The stamen of fruit spike not treatde by Gibberellin was pollinated with pollen of fruit spike not treated. The results showed that spring seed number increased, and the seedless percentage was less than that of the CK; spring seed number of remmoring stamen after Gibberellin treating fruit spike was only a few, and its bearing fruit percentage was lower.
