摘　　要：在结合直接数字电路驱动法与单片机口驱动法的基础上,设计了一种新型的CCD驱动电路,保留了原有两种方法各自的优点。仿真与实验结果表明该方法能提供多路驱动时序,驱动频率高,硬件电路简单,编程方便,具有较好的性价比及应用推广价值,已用于CCD图像采集系统的研制。Based on methods of direct digital circuit and I/O port of microcontroller, a new CCD driving circuit was designed, maintaining two original methods' advantages. Results of simulation and experiment show that multiplex pulses can be obtained with high driving frequency. Simpler construction of circuit, easier programming and an excellent performance/price ratio of this method had been utilized in CCD image-gathering system.
