摘  要:目的探讨慢性失眠症患者实施认知行为治疗的临床效果。方法对74例慢性失眠症患者随机分为认知行为治疗组(36例)和对照组(38例)。比较两组患者持续治疗4周后及2个月后随访时的疗效。结果(1)两组治疗后睡眠时间(289.9±38.0,239.2±36.1,P<0.01)和SRSS评分(32.1±4.7,38.7±5.4,P<0.01)比较差异均有显著性。(2)随访时治疗有效率认知行为组(75%)明显优于对照组(37%)。结论认知行为疗法可促进患者失眠症状的改善,提高临床治疗效果。ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effects of cognitive behavioral therapy(CBT) home program on reducing subjective sleep disturbance and insomnia symptoms improving for community insomnia outpatients. Methods74 outpatients with insomnia were randomly divided into two groups, 36 patients in CBT group and 38 patients in control group.The process for treatment was 4 weeks,and the follow up was 2 months. Results(1) After treatment,the sleep time(289.9±38.0,239.2±36.1,P<0.01) and the scores of SRSS(32.1±4.7,38.7±5.4,P<0.01) were significant increased in two groups, and changes in CBT group were more significantly. However, (2)The effective rate(sleep latency≤30min;sleep efficiency≥85%,SRSS≤20 score) of CBT group(75%) was significantly superior to that of control group(37%) at the follow up time point (χ 2 =9.51,P< 0.01 ). ConclusionCognitive behavioral therapy is of great importance for improve of symptoms in insomnia and obtain clinical therapeutic effect.
