摘　　要：目的探讨组织因子(Tissuefactor,TF)、尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活剂受体(UrokinasePlasminogenActivatorReceptor,u-PAR)在胆管癌表达的临床意义和诊断价值。方法用免疫组化方法(S-P法)检测39例胆管癌手术切除组织中TF和u-PAR的表达。结果TF、u-PAR以及TF和u-PAR的共表达阳性率在有淋巴结转移者中明显高于无淋巴转移者P<0.05。TF、u-PAR在低分化组织中表达率高于中高分化者。TF、u-PAR表达与否和病人年龄无相关性。结论TF、u-PAR表达与胆管癌淋巴结转移、病理分化密切正相关,是反映胆管癌发展和转移潜能的生物学指标,TF、u-PAR的共表达也为解释TF的促进肿瘤转移作用提供了依据。[Objective] To study the relationship between expression of tissue f actor (TF), Urokinase Plasminogen Activator Receptor(u-PAR) and lymph metastasis in cholangiocarcinoma. [Methods] The expression of, TF, u-PAR in cholangiocar cinoma was detected by immunohistology chemical. [Result] The positive rate of TF, u-PAR and the co-express positive rate of TF and u-PAR were higher in the c holangiocarcinoma patients with lymph metastasis ,compared with those without ly mph metastasis (P <0.05). Expression of TF, u-PAR was related to histological gr ading. Expression of TF, u-PAR was not related to patients age. [Conclusion] E xpression of TF, u-PAR have a close relationship with lymph metastasis and histo logical grading in cholangiocarcinoma, they are good biology indexs that indicat e the potent ability of process and metastasis of the cholangiocarcinoma. It can also explain the role of TF in the tumor metastasis.
