摘 要:在4个温度梯度条件下,对道氏虹鳟(Don'sstrain)和美国金鳟(Redstrain)稚鱼、幼鱼和成鱼进行了耗氧率和窒息点的测定。在13,18,22和25℃水温时,道氏虹鳟稚鱼的耗氧率分别为332.82,488.07,571.25,642.59mg·h-·1kg-1;幼鱼分别为88.91,108.37,168.59,209.81mg·h-·1kg-1;在13,18,22,25℃成鱼的耗氧率为111.37和152.62,168.59和209.81mg·h-·1kg-1。道氏虹鳟稚鱼的窒息点在13,18,22,25℃时分别为1.55,1.68,1.95,2.62mg·L-1;幼鱼分别为1.20,1.63,2.08和2.82mg·L-1;在13,18,22,25℃时,成鱼的窒息点分别为1.72,1.95,2.08,2.82mg·L-1。在同等温度下,金鳟稚鱼的耗氧率分别为420.30,499.14,633.40,976.92mg·h-·1kg-1;幼鱼耗氧率分别为157.89,259.57,230.26,261.75mg·h-·1kg-1;成鱼分别为94.87,84.48,109.87和144.64mg·h-1·kg-1;稚鱼的窒息点分别为1.22,1.55,2.12,2.80mg·L-1;幼鱼的窒息点分别为1.55,1.72,2.55,3.06mg·L-1;成鱼的窒息点分别为1.40,2.02,2.52,2.84mg·L-1。结果表明,在同一水温条件和相同年龄组(体重)之间两个品系的耗氧量、耗氧率和窒息点均无明显差异;耗氧量和耗氧率均随着体重的增加而增加,随着温度的提高而提高。The asphyxia points, amount and rate of oxygen consumption of fry, juvenile and adult of red strain and Don′s strain in rainbow trout had been determined at deferent temperature. The rate of oxygen consumption of Don′s strain were 332.82, 488.07, 571.25 and 642.59 mg·h-1·kg-1 for fry respectively, for the juveniles, were 88.91, 108.37, 168.59 and 209.81 mg·h-1·kg-1 respectively at the temperature of 13, 18, 22 and 25 ℃, For adult of Donald′strain at the temperature of 13, 18, 22 and 25 ℃, it were 111.37, 152.62, 168.59 and 209.81 mg·h-1·kg-1 respectively. At temperature of 13, 18, 22 and 25 ℃, the asphyxia points of Don′s strain were 1.55, 1.68, 1.95 and 2.62 mg·L-1 for fry respectively, were 1.20, 1.63, 2.08 and 2.82 mg·L-1 respectively for juvenile; were 1.72, 1.95, 2.08 and 2.82 mg·L-1 respectively for adult at temperature of 13, 18, 22 and 25 ℃. The rate of oxygen consumption of red strain were 420.30,499.14,633.40 and 976.92 mg·h-1·kg-1 for fry, for the juveniles, were 157.89,259.57, 230.26 and 261.75 mg·h-1·kg-1, were 94.87,84.48,109.87 and 44.64 mg, h-1·kg-1 for adult respectively at the temperature of 13, 18, 22 and 25 ℃. At temperature of 13, 18, 22 and 25 ℃, the asphyxia points of red strain were 1.22, 1.55, 2.12 and 2.80 mg·L-1 for fry, were 1.55, 1.72, 2.55 and 3.06 mg·L-1 for juvenile, were 1.40, 2.02, 2.52 and 2.84 mg·L-1 for adult respectively. The results showed that the two strains of rainbow trout had no significant difference about the oxygen consumption, asphyxia points and respiration. The rate of oxygen consumption was raise with high temperature, also raise with body weight increase.
