50例癫痫患者发作间期SPECT、EEG与CT检查结果的对比研究

摘　　要：将５０例癫痫患者发作间期单光子发射计算机断层（ＳＰＥＣＴ）、脑电图（ＥＥＧ）和ＣＴ检查结果进行了对比分析，结果ＳＰＥＣＴ检查异常率为７６％，ＳＰＥＣＴ与ＥＥＧ间的一致率为４５．６％，ＥＥＧ出现局限性异常时，ＳＰＥＣＴ常有相应的局灶性改变，ＣＴ局灶性异常时，８５％患者ＳＰＥＣＴ亦会有相应的异常，但ＳＰＥＣＴ异常的范围并非都是癫痫病灶，三种检查不能相互取代．Abstract In this report we present a comparison study of SPECT,EEG and CT in 50 epileptic patients during interictal.SPECT showed an abnormal rate of 76 per cent.The abnormal findings of EEG conformed to SPECT in 45.6% patients. If CT scan shows a focal abnormality, 85% of local abnormal finding may also be found in SPECT.But not all SPECT abnormal findings were epileptic foci.SPECT, EEG and CT can not be replaced by each other.When using the three examinations at the same time we can know much about epileptic focus from anatomy and physiology.
