摘  要:以悬浮液技术处理样品,用火焰原子吸收谱法成功地测定了猪肾及猪肝中的铁、锌.试验表明,加入适量盐酸可显著提高被测元素的吸光度.对样品悬浮液稳定时间、盐酸溶液(1+1)用量、试液与空白溶液粘度的一致性、背景吸收干扰进行了考察.测定结果的相对标准偏差小于2.5%,测定结果与灰化法一致,相对误差小于±1.9%.用悬浮液技术取代灰化法处理猪肾及猪肝样品,以FAAS法测定铁、锌是可行的,方法简便.Treating the sample of pig kidneys and pork liver with suspension technique, iron and zinc in pig kidneys and pork liver were successfully determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The test indicated that absorption of determined element was markedly increased by adding suitable amount of hydrochloric acid into the test solution. The stabilization time of suspension, amount of hydrochloric acid solution(1+1),identity of viscosity for test solution and its blank solution, background absorption interference were studied. The relative standard deviations were less than 2.5%. The results were consistent with those obtained by ashing method. The relative errors between them were less than ±1.9%. In FAAS method, to detrming iron and zinc the displacement of ashing method by suspension technique for the sample pretreatments of pig kidneys and pork liver is possible. This method was convenient.
