摘  要:从原油污染的土壤和水体中分离到3株高效原油降解菌,其中LSD-3在原油浓度为120mg/L的废水中,经过5d的培养,原油的降解率为69%左右.并对单菌株和混合菌种降解原油的能力做了比较,发现混合菌种比单菌株对原油具有更好的降解能力,达到75%以上.同时对混合菌种降解原油的最适条件做了研究,确定了混合菌种降解原油的最适条件为pH值7.5、矿化度7800mg/L、温度40℃、好氧、原油浓度为50~150mg/L.In this paper, three bacteria strains were isolated from the soil and water polluted by crude oil and applied to degrate waste water. When 120 mg/L oily waste water was degraded by LSD-3,degrading rate of crude oil was up to 69% after 5 days. Comparing with single bacteria, we find mixed bacteria, whose degrading rate of crude oil was up to 75%, have better degradation ability. At the same time, we study the best condition of mixed bacterial degradation and confirm that the best condition of mixed bacteria degradation was: pH7.5,mineralized rate 7 800 mg/L,temperature 40 ℃,fine oxygen, crud oil density 50~150 mg/L.
