摘  要:目的探讨白细胞介素β转化酶(ICE)在实验性血管性痴呆小鼠迟发性神经元坏死过程中额叶皮层及海马区转录水平变化。方法利用血管性痴呆模型,RTPCR技术检测全脑重复缺血再灌(IR)后ICEmRNA的表达。结果额叶皮层重复缺血再罐注3h时ICEmRNA表达增多,6h后呈下降趋势,再灌注14d时再次形成高峰。海马区神经细胞转录水平略迟于皮层,3h已有较高表达,7d达高峰,28d下降至对照组水平结论在细胞凋亡与迟发性神经元坏死发生、发展过程中,ICE伴随着全过程,ICEmRNA表达的增多使细胞凋亡增加。Objective To explore the changes of ICE transcription in frontal lobe cortex and hippocampus during the process of late-onset neuron necrosis in vascular dementia (VD) mice. Methods ICE mRNA expressions after cortex repetitive ischemia-reperfusion (IR) were determined by RT-PCR in VD mice. Results ICE mRNA expression increased at the 3rd hour, decreased at the 6th hour, and reached the peak at the 14th day after IR in frontal lobe cortex. The transcription in hippocampus nerve cells were later than those in cortex, with the higher expression at the 3rd hour, the peak at the 7th day, then descended to the level of control groups at the 28th day. Conclusions ICE could accompany with the whole process of neural apoptosis and late-onset neuron necrosis, the high expression of ICE mRNA could increase neural apoptosis.
