摘  要:目的 通过测量龈沟液(GCF)的量,以及龈沟液中碱性磷酸酶(ALP)和天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)的水平,探索修复体边缘位置对牙周组织的影响。方法 在严格限定轴面外形、边缘适合性、牙周状况等方面的情况下,选取烤瓷熔附金属全冠2 2例,分为龈下组和平龈组,在修复后4周和8周时,采集龈沟液,分别测量GCF ,AST及ALP水平。结果 已修复牙的局部龈沟液GCF ,AST及ALP水平较修复前都有显著增高,但龈下边缘组与平龈组之间没有明显差别。结论 冠修复体边缘对牙周组织有影响。Objective To study the effects of differently location of crown margin on the health of periodontium. Methods Under circumstances of strictly limiting crown contour,margin discrepancy and periodontal conditions of porcelain-fused-to-metal crown,a total of 22 mandibular PMF of 22 volunteers were randomly divided into two groups:subgingival and gingival crest. At the point of 4 weeks and 8 weeks after operation,gingival cervical fluid (GCF)were collected and weighed,and the levels of aspartate aminotransferase(AST)and alkaline phosphatase(ALP) of GCF were tested. Results After cementation of PMF,both amount of GCF and level of AST and ALP increased significantly,while the effects of two groups(subgingival and gingival crest ) on periodontium show no statistically significant change. Conclusions Crown margin is unfavourable to periodontium health,while the effects of differently location of crown margin on the health of periodontium are no statistically significant.
