磁性固位覆盖总义齿固位特性和咀嚼效率的定量研究

摘　　要：作者采用自行研制的修复体固位力测试仪和吸光度法，分别测定了戴用覆盖总义齿的患者装置磁性固位体前、后义齿的实际固位力和咀嚼效率，以定量评价磁性固位体在提高义齿固位力和咀嚼效能中的作用。结果表明，磁性固位体在覆盖总义齿中的实际固位力为口外测试值的７８．９５％；两只Ｚ－１型磁性固位体即可使义齿增加约１５００９的固位力；磁性固位体用于覆盖总义齿，可使患者咀嚼效率即时提高１／３，显著缩短了患者的义齿适应时间。AbstractIn order to evaluate the role of magnetic retain- .ers for the retention of complete overdentures, theauthors applied self made measuring instrument andabsorbant methods to measure the real retentive forceand masticatory efficiency quantitatively at pre andpost installation of magnetic retainers in the completeoverdentures. The results showed that the retentiveforce of the denture in the mouth increased about1500g which was 78. 95% measured extraorally; themasticatory efficiency of the patients was 1/3 higherafter installation of magnetic retainers in the denturesthan before which meant that the denture fitting timeof the patient could be shortened.
