摘 要:为10名患者各做四副总义齿,其咬合平面或平分颌间距离并与耳屏鼻翼线平行(标准义齿),或向后上、后下及左右倾斜5°。结果发现:①正中咬合位紧咬时,嚼肌、颞肌的平均肌电幅值,以戴标准义齿者最高;②戴标准义齿咀嚼,平衡侧二腹肌前腹幅值高于工作侧,工作侧嚼肌、颞肌幅值显著高于平衡侧;③咬合平面前后倾斜使咀嚼时平衡侧二腹肌前腹幅值增加;④咬合平面向左右倾斜,咀嚼时工作侧嚼肌、颞肌的肌电幅值与平衡侧相差不显著。本研究结果提示,总义齿咬合平面平分颌间距离且与耳屏鼻翼线平行,最有利于患者咀嚼功能的发挥。AbstractThe occlusal plane was designed as parallel toCamper’s line (the standard denturesl and 5 degreeinclined upward, downward lateratly and anterior-posterior for comparing the activities of masticatorymuscles. Following results were obtained:(1) theamplitude of the masseter (Mm) and the anteriortemporalis (Ta) muscles with standard dentures bit-ting in intercuspal position were the highest amongthose with other dentures, (2) during unilaterialchewing with standard dentures, the average amplitude of the anterior digastric muscles (Da) on the bal-anced side was higher than that on the working side ,but the amplitude values of the Mm and the Ta on theworking side were significantly lower than those onthe opposite side, (3) to incline the plane forward orbackward may cause the activity of the Da increasedin the balanced side and (4) to incline the plane rightor left the amplitude of Ta and Mm between theworking and the balanced side was not significant dif-lerent.
