摘 要:采用急性与慢性创物实验力法,同步记录兔的下颌运动轨迹与颌骨肌、舌肌、舌骨肌的肌电,在大脑皮质诱发类咀嚼(CIFM)运动与自然咀嚼运动之间进行定量比较研究。结果表明:①自然咀嚼运动各分期的下颌运动轨迹及肌电特征与CIFM中相应的基本类型相似。②咀嚼物硬度增大使闭口相活动肌肉组(嚼肌、茎突舌肌与胸骨占骨肌)的肌电活动量增大,而开口相活动肌肉组(二腹肌、颏舌肌与颏舌骨肌)反应微弱。这一调节规律在二类咀嚼中表现相同。③咀嚼物硬度对肌电时程的延长效应在二类咀嚼中略有不同,前者仅闭口相活动肌肉组有显著延长,后者二组肌肉的时程均延长。结果提示,CIFM与自然咀嚼的生理特性相似,可作为研究咀嚼生理的动物模型。AbstractTo explore the mechanism of coordinated Jaw,tongue and hyoid movements during mastication,electromyograms of jaw, tongue and hyoid muscleswere recorded simultaneously in rhythmic jaw move-ments during both cortically induced fictive mastica-tion (CIFM) and actual mastication. 1. The jawmovement patterns of different stage of actual masti-cation were similar with the corresponding basic pat-terns of CIFM. 2. Masseter, Styloglossus and Ster-nohyoideus, which were activated mainly in the jaw-closing phase , were facilitated in proportion to thehardness of the chewing materials during both typesof mastications. However, Digastric, Genioglossusand Geniohyoideus, which were activated mainly inthe jaw-opening phase , were not facilitated in eithertype of mastication. 3. The modulations of burst du-rations by hardeness of chewing materials were somedifferent between two types of mastications, Theseresults suggested that physiological properties ofCIFM are similar to those of actual mastication, andthus CIFM may be used as a model of actual mastica-tion.
