云南白药和冰牛奶治疗消化道应激性溃疡40例

摘　　要：目的　探讨云南白药及冰牛奶在应激性溃疡治疗中的效果和作用机制；方法　４０ 例治疗病人通过胃管给药与随机选择的４０ 例传统应用甲氰咪呱和止血敏治疗作为对比观察；结果　治疗组有效率９０ ％ ，对照组有效率７５ ％ ， 两组治疗有效率经统计学处理Ｘ２ ＝ ７ ．８１ ，Ｐ＜ ０ ．０１ ； 结论　云南白药联用冰牛奶治疗消化道应激性溃疡给药方法简便，效果显著，无明显毒副作用，认为是治疗消化道应激性溃疡的有效方法。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of treating stress-ulcer with Yunnan Baiyao and refrigerated milk.Methods 40 cases of the therapeutic group were treated with Yunnan Baiyaoand refrigerated milk; other 40 cases of the control group were treated with cimetidine and dicynone.Results The effect rate was 90% in the therapeutic group ,while the control group 75%. There were obvious differences between two groups (x 2=7.81,P<0.01). Conclusion It is a very effective method to treat stress-ulcer with Yunnan Baiyao and refrigerated milk.
