摘 要:本文用化学比色法对31例脑梗塞病人及48例不同年龄组正常人血清MDA和SOD水平进行了检测,结果显示,脑梗塞病人及正常中、老年期者MDA水平明显高于正常青壮年组,SOD水平明显低于正常青壮年组,且脑梗塞组上述改变更明显。提示自由基的含量随增龄而升高,清除自由基的酶与非酶系统的防御机能随增龄而下降,故MDA和SOD目前被认为是衰老的生化指标之一。脑梗塞由于急性缺血缺氧和再灌流损伤,使体内自由基产生连锁反应而进一步增加,清除自由基的酶系统进一步消耗。因此,中年期以后给予自由基清除剂,对防治衰老和血管病发生及促进脑梗塞病人的恢复有积极意义。The levels of MDA and SOD in serum were measured with colorimetry in 31 patients with cerebral infarction (CI) and in 48 healthy controls. The results showed that MDA was significantly higher, while SOD was significantly lower in CI patients and in presenile, senile controls than in young controls, the changes were most obvious in CI group. The data suggest that free radical increaseand anti - oxident decrease following aging. MDA and SOD could be used as biochemical indexes for aging. Free radical reaction was enhanced and the enzyme system as scanner was consumpted because of acute ischemia and reperfusion injury after CI. Thus,scanners were admitted after presenile will be benefit to the prevention and treatment of aging, cardiovascular disease and cerebrovascular disease, and to the improvement of cerebral infarction.
